Your two hour party includes:
The rest is up to you so don't forget to bring your cake, cutting utencil, candles, matches and loot bags — most important, don't forget your friends!
The total cost (including HST) is $245 for the first 12 children + $10 for each additional child.
Parties are available most Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. Check the office for available dates!
About Your Party Preparation
To help make this day special, please keep in mind the following:
Please remind your guests that participants should be in play clothes (t-shirts and shorts — its hard to play and be safe in pretty dresses)
Long Hair should be tied back
No Jewlery
Participants must be in bare feet
Please be sure that participants have the correct information and directions for the party
Gym Magic will supply plates/cutlery for the participants only
Please be sure if you intend on feeding parents or other guests that you either supply these items or and additional charge of $10 will be applied to the total
Please arrive no more than 10-15 minutes prior to the party. There may be classes occurring prior to your party
Parents are encouraged to assist with little ones who may be timid about the gym and equipment
Please finish up your party at the designated time as staff are only paid for the time of the party
Please alert staff of any special needs of your participants
Gym Magic is a NUT FREE facility. Please provide nut free products at your party
