• All new registrations are subject to a Gymnastics Ontario Annual Non Refundable membership fee of $35.00: July 1st 2011 to June 30th 2012
• Payment is by Cash or Cheque only
• Cheques are payable to "Gym Magic Gymnastics Club Inc."
• $45.00 charge for NSF cheques. ALL FEES INCLUDES HST
• Gym Magic reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrolment
• Registration is on a First Come, First Served basis by payment only
• Gym Magic will not hold positions
• 2nd Child in same family - 5% discount on lowest fee, 3rd Child in same family - 10% discount on lowest fee
• If you register your child for more then one program during the same Session, a discount of 10% will apply (Session durations must be the same)
• Refunds are permitted up to one week prior to the start of the program
• Recreational Classes Children must be dressed appropriately in class
• Body suit or shorts & t-shirt only, no jeans or street clothes can be worn during classes
• Hair must be tied back and bare feet is mandatory during lessons
• Jewlery is not permitted
• Children are not allowed to wait outside the club for pick-up
• Please be aware that Gym Magic will accept cancellations for refund up to one week prior to the class. After the start of the program there are NO REFUNDS. A $30 non-refundable adminstration fee is charged to each refund.

NO EXCEPTIONS

• A $30 Non Refundable Administration Fee is charged for refunds
• A $25 charge will be applied to all first time "try out" classes
• There will not be make up classes due to inclement weather or absences

• Additional classes may be added based on enrollment numbers
• Class Cancellations: Monday, February 20th-Family Day, March 12-16 - March break, Friday April 6 & Sunday April 8 (Easter)
